Godwin Terms & Conditions — Complete Rules of Use

By accessing, browsing, or using any service on the godwin platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between godwin and its users, defining the rights and responsibilities of both parties. Each individual may hold only one account; creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify the godwin support team immediately. For added security, godwin recommends enabling two-factor authentication, which provides an extra layer of protection. Godwin expects all users to engage with the platform honestly, lawfully, and responsibly at all times. Any form of fraud, deception, system manipulation, or activity intended to harm other users is strictly prohibited. Users are fully responsible for all activity conducted through their account; placing bets on behalf of a third party without their authorization is not permitted. Offensive, threatening, or hateful conduct of any kind on the platform is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination. Using any part of the platform via automated software, bots, scrapers, or any other automated means is strictly prohibited. Users may not attempt to compromise the platform's security, place excessive load on the servers, or disrupt the normal operation of the system. godwin reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any platform feature at any time without prior notice. Odds, information, and statistics displayed on the platform are for informational purposes only and no guarantee is made as to their accuracy. If a bet is voided due to a technical issue, godwin's policy is to refund the relevant stake.

All financial transactions on the godwin platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳), with deposits and withdrawals available via popular mobile banking services including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are determined by the guidelines displayed on the platform and are subject to change. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 24 to 72 hours after verification is complete; however, delays may occur due to the user's bank or payment provider. godwin reserves the right to temporarily hold any transaction and request additional verification documents if suspicious activity or money laundering is suspected. Upon account closure, any remaining balance will be refunded subject to verification; however, if the closure is due to a Terms violation, the balance may be forfeited. Once a self-exclusion or temporary break is applied, the account cannot be reactivated before the specified period ends.
